Dr. Matt Schocket is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain management after completing his residency at UT-Southwestern in Dallas and fellowship at the University of California.
Dr. Raimy Amasha joined Capitol Pain Institute after completing his pain management fellowship at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and a research internship in stem cell therapy at Stanford University.
Dr. Andres is board certified in Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Dr. Beck completed both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Indiana University with high distinction. Dr. Beck also obtained his medical degree from Indiana University in 2007 and continued his training as a physical medicine and rehabilitation resident at the University of Wisconsin.
Dr. Neal Blauzvern is Fellowship-trained in Pain Management, and Board-certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Borhan completed his undergraduate studies at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana. He later went on to St. George’s University for his medical studies. He received certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at University of Louisville and finished his medical training with a fellowship in Pain Management at Georgia Pain Physicians.
Dr. Jonathan Church is a board-certified anesthesiologist and has completed subspecialty training in interventional pain medicine. After completing his undergraduate education at The University of Texas, he earned his medical degree at the University of Texas School of Medicine in San Antonio.
Dr. Iden Cowan is dual board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
Dr. Anjuli Desai is dual board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. She has served as Chief Resident as well as Clinical Instructor at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia where she completed her training.
Dr. Kenneth Finn is a graduate of the University of Texas at Houston and he completed his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Bhaskara Ganti is a board-certified interventional pain physician and anesthesiologist. Dr. Ganti received his medical degree from the University of Toledo College of Medicine and completed his residency at Northwestern University Medical Center.
Dr. Harlander-Locke is Board Certified in Anesthesiology and has completed fellowship training in Interventional Pain Medicine.
Dr. Meyer completed undergraduate studies at Colorado State University. He then attended Medical School at the University of Nebraska Medical Center after working in cancer research. After completing an Internship in General Surgery, he fulfilled his Anesthesiology Residency at Kansas University Medical Center.
Dr. Dwight E. Mosley received his Bachelor’s degree from The University of Michigan, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Dr. Mosley received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. He completed a general surgery internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital, in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Mosley returned to The Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio, to complete a residency in anesthesia, and a fellowship in interventional pain management.
Dr. Raj Patel is a dual board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management physician. He completed his Anesthesiology residency and Pain Management fellowship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Patel received his medical degree and completed a surgical internship at Thomas Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia.
Dr. Andrew Phillips is a board-certified physiatrist and fellowship trained in Interventional Pain Management. After completing his undergraduate education at The University of Texas at Austin, he received his medical degree at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia.
Dr. Dominique Razeeq is a board-certified anesthesiologist with specialized training in interventional pain management.
Dr. Drew Robertson graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency in Family Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. Hi finished his anesthesia residency at Indiana University Medical Center.
Dr. Timothy V. Sandell is board certified in Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine as well as Level II accredited by the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation for over 20 years. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.
