Lisa Colasanto, MSN, FNP-BC

Lisa is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Central Florida and began her healthcare career in the military, serving in both the U.S. Navy and Air Force.

Lisa brings extensive clinical experience to her role, with a background that includes primary care, long-term care, addiction medicine, and emergency services. Over the years, she has worked in diverse healthcare settings—from managing chronic conditions and providing in-home wellness exams to serving as the sole provider in opioid treatment clinics. Her comprehensive background allows her to provide thoughtful, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs.
