Maria DeSantis, MSN, RN, FNP-BC

Maria is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Wagner College in Staten Island, New York. She completed her undergraduate nursing degree at Seton Hall University and recently relocated to Colorado, where she is licensed to practice as both a nurse practitioner and registered nurse.

Maria brings a strong background in acute care nursing, with experience in intensive care, emergency medicine, and medical-surgical units. Her clinical training as a nurse practitioner included rotations in urgent care, pediatrics, women’s health, and primary care, equipping her to care for individuals across the lifespan. Maria is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based care and is recognized for her leadership, collaboration, and patient-centered approach.
